ABSTRACT: Examining the effectiveness of mobile learning applications in vocational education explores how digital tools can enhance learning experiences and outcomes. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of mobile learning applications in improving students' skills, assess the accessibility and usability of these applications, and measure student satisfaction with mobile learning in vocational education. A survey design was selected to gather detailed insights from users of mobile learning applications. The sample size included 250 students using mobile learning apps in their vocational training. Purposive sampling ensured that participants had firsthand experience with mobile learning tools. The case study took place at the Yaba College of Technology in Lagos State, Nigeria. The findings revealed that mobile learning applications significantly improved students' technical skills, increased engagement and motivation, and provided flexible learning opportunities. Students reported high levels of satisfaction, particularly valuing the convenience and interactive features of the mobile applications. It was recommended that vocational training programs integrate more mobile learning applications and ensure they are regularly updated to keep pace with technological advancements.
